Royal Capital Group was formed in 2006 by two acclaimed bankers in the United States commercial and residential lending industry. Fueled by great successes individually, the duo set their sights high, and purchased a lending institution. In late 2007 the group finally completed the purchase of Amerifund Financial/All-Fund Mortgage, a 16 year old company; but they had to modify their business plan due to the rapidly changing market. (The purchase was completed under the name Carlile Investments) Swiftly taking steps to evaluate the core assets of the company, RCG began selling parts of the company and created moderate profits. The licenses, warehouse lines, database, and other assets held value, but there were also the Non-Performing Notes and REO’s tied to the company.
Through the sale of NPN’s and REO’s, Royal Capital Group was
thrust into the newly hot Commodities market.
Being offered everything from Diamonds to Scrap Metal, RCG was simply
trying to close the books of Amerifund Financial. Only after a few well respected banking
contacts verified the opportunities of the commodity world did the duo set out
to understand this uncharted and unregulated world. After a few months of peddling any offer conveyed
to them, they settled on Oil and Petroleum products.
Royal Capital Group has amassed great success in the Petroleum industry in the short time it has been involved. Drawing on the long term relationships from the banking world, and new relationships with multi-national companies and government officials, RCG is becoming a noteworthy consultant. Success does not come easy in an industry without regulation, riddled by phonies and frauds… But then again, they came from the banking world.
The system for bringing their clients to refineries and traders is tantamount to RCG’s success. In-depth research through government agencies, press service, and networks ensures only the most verifiable groups are engaged. After honest companies are located, the two principles must be able to negotiate with each other. Paperwork is a necessity to closing a transaction, but the principles must have a meeting of the minds, not just a set of legal documents. This industry is an industry of negotiation.
